What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
Failing is a good thing. The faster you fail, the faster you learn.
I used to see mistakes as the worst thing ever. I have perfectionist qualities and people-pleasing tendencies, which I've had to learn and work through.
This is still a mindset I work on, but I'm much quicker now to accept mistakes and see them as lessons, rather than things to ruminate on or be frustrated with.
