What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

As an entrepreneur and business consultant, I wear all the hats. I often joke that my job is email and spreadsheets. More specifically, as an online business consultant, I look at the back ends of small businesses, examining their systems.

I also focus on the bird's-eye view strategy for where they want to go. I help them become more efficient and aligned in their actions.

Something important to me when working with business owners is considering their values and strengths. I help them align their business to match their values, as they didn't enter entrepreneurship just to make money. That's not usually the driving factor; it's more about wanting a freedom-filled life and being able to support a family. My goal is to ensure their business aligns with those aspirations.
