As someone who identifies as first-generation Bangladeshi American, how has that impacted how you've navigated your career?
I was born and raised in the United States. My parents are from Bangladesh and moved here a few years before I was born.
I was always raised with a strong sense of identity and ties to Bangladesh. I grew up visiting quite a bit, which allowed me to establish a network there, including business contacts.
This has enabled me to build software development teams in Bangladesh. It has also helped me build a broader network across Asia, which has been beneficial in growing my agency and having overseas team members to rely on for projects.
