What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
The first thing I would say is that I think the freedom to innovate and be able to do things as I see fit, or how I think is the best way to pursue something. Bringing in new ideas and then being able to see the impact that it has on my clients' businesses and their key performance indicators.
So seeing that tangible impact on a business is really great. And then, I think just the ability to have freedom in my own schedule and not have to work in a specific time structure was really nice as well.
