Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college? Do you have any internships or jobs you had before your current role?
Sure. During my college years, I triple majored in finance, economics, and accounting. The career paths presented to me were primarily in wealth management or investment banking.
I interned with Merrill Lynch in downtown Los Angeles after my freshman year. This was my summer internship between freshman and sophomore year.
Immediately after graduation, I took a role with Merrill Lynch again, this time in Scottsdale, Arizona, as part of their wealth management program, the PMD program. That was my first job out of college.
I worked in wealth management for about a year and a half to two years, and then I transitioned out of finance altogether. That led me to where I am now in the tech and software development space.
