What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I enjoy working with a variety of people and personalities and learning how to motivate them. I wouldn't work well if I had too much downtime.
There are a couple of times throughout the week where I do get some downtime, and that's nice because generally I'm in a lot of meetings. But mostly I thrive in those meetings, having face time with a bunch of different people.
I enjoy communicating and learning how I can help them throughout their day. I also like to see how the things I'm working on will hopefully make a difference and have an impact.
