What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge is that there is no shortage of work. There's always room for improvement. I don't see it as a challenge; in fact, that's the biggest opportunity of product.
The work is never truly done. When you release something, customers have the opportunity to use it. This is when you can figure out how it will be used, if it will be leveraged properly, and if you'll get a lot of value out of it.
So, you release it, but you're not done; it's only just beginning. You have things to improve upon and real data to inform those improvements.
It can sometimes feel daunting to reach a finish line and then essentially start again. However, I think that's the best part about product. It's a challenge, and that's why we do it.
