What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

It's exciting, and there's never a dull or boring moment. It's like a rollercoaster; some days are more stressful than others, while some days are more exciting.

Overall, I also like the flexibility. If you're doing well in sales, for our company at least, we can work from home. We can also spend two weeks out of the year traveling anywhere, not including regular work-from-home days or weekends.

So, outside of the hybrid schedule, we can travel and still work. There's pretty generous PTO here. They also offer life coaching, meditation, and other similar things.

I think it's a really nice job because of the perks you get working for a Bay Area tech company. It's also being able to work in sales, where there are somewhat flexible hours, working styles, and arrangements.

There's always a cost to everything. If you're not performing well, then all that goes away.
