Q8: Who thrives in industry?
How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry? Pretty simple, confident, energetic, and still detail-oriented. I think that's a massive one.
You need confidence and energy. I've seen people put in a lot of effort and be willing to work hard, but if you're working hard in the wrong direction, you won't reach your destination.
So, you need concentrated, focused effort, which is easy enough to do with proper guidance. I've been told that this industry is simple but not easy.
If you understand where you're trying to go, have proper guidance, and work hard, you'll make it there. It's not confusing when you know where you're going, but it won't be easy. You can't give less than your full effort to succeed.
