Favorite Parts Of Being A Vice President At Catalyst Commercial Real Estate
Sean, a VP at Catalyst Commercial Real Estate, initially enjoyed the role most due to the opportunity to converse with "extremely intelligent" and successful individuals in the field, experiencing the wealth inherent in commercial real estate; however, over time, the most satisfying aspect has become "seeing the fruits of development" and watching projects materialize into physical structures after months of work.

What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I would say this has changed over time. At first, it was just talking to extremely cool people, and that is still one of my favorite parts of this job. You talk to people who are extremely intelligent, who have very big aspirations, or have already achieved very impressive feats.
There's a lot of wealth in commercial real estate, and you get to experience that, which is super cool. It's interesting to just be around those types of people.
The job has slowly shifted. Now, the part I enjoy the most is seeing the fruits of development. If you're working on a new project, starting to see something you've been working on for, say, six months, become a real physical structure in front of your eyes is just extremely satisfying.
