What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
What I enjoy most about being in this industry is that you are constantly surrounded by extremely driven people. Commercial real estate isn't an industry that you can half-ass or do part-time; it has to be your focus.
You have to love it, and you have to spend a lot of time in the industry working on your business. This creates an environment where only driven people can succeed, and thus you only spend time around driven people.
Personally, I have more fun, feel more inspired, and am more optimistic about the future when I'm working with people who are on the same wavelength as me. I can't imagine working with someone who just wants to get off at five on a Friday to go to the club. I want someone who will work on a Saturday because work needs to be done.
