What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
The social aspect is great. Real estate agents who are successful in this industry are naturally fun, social people.
Part of my days involve looking at properties. Every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, we have what's called brokers caravan. If you have a listing, you hold it open to the public, and all the agents get to go out and look at the homes for their clients.
It's a fun thing to do. You get to see really cool, great properties and socialize with agents from other brokerages, just kind of building relationships. Overall, it's fun and a good time.
