What does a day in the life of a real estate agent look like?

That's probably my favorite part of this job: every day is different. It's not like I show up at the office at 9:00 AM, clock in, and sit there for eight and a half hours.

My job is consistently different, so you never know what's going to happen. Some days I have showings. Today, for example, I was just at a new listing managing and coordinating photography and meeting with contractors. We're trying to get the house cleaned up and as presentable as possible for the market.

A lot of my day involves running around, meeting with clients, and doing open houses. Sometimes I'm at the office all day, working on my computer, sending emails, and touching base with people. There's a lot of coordination.

On some days, maybe it's a Tuesday, I might have nothing to do. My work is totally managed, everything's going well, and I don't have anything pressing. Then on a Saturday, I might be working until 8:00 PM. You just never know what's going to happen.

Every day is different, and you always have to be available and flexible.
