I think having determination, but also patience. A lot of the stuff I deal with is writing code and similar tasks.
There are many times you're trying to solve a mistake in your code and you just have to figure it out. So, you have to remain patient, not get frustrated, but also be determined to solve the issue.
Another big thing is the ability to ask the right questions or not being afraid to ask a lot of questions. Sometimes the instructions or requests aren't very clear, and you need more information to guide what you're going to do and provide more meaningful work.
