What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I think a big thing is just getting to interact with people from all around the country and across the world. Working at JP Morgan, it's a global company that operates in many different countries. We have audit teams in the United States and also in other countries as well.
Getting to interact with them, see how they do their work, and learn about cultural differences is really interesting. I think providing meaningful work that makes people's lives easier is also important.
For example, the dashboards I mentioned help manage our audit plan and resourcing. It's rewarding to see people's satisfaction when you deliver something truly helpful and makes their lives easier.
