What are your main responsibilities in your current role?
As president of my company, I'm responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for our project development and origination. This includes outreach efforts and ensuring we're on track.
I'm also responsible for operations, managing everything from cash flow to obtaining insurance for both the company and employees. My time is primarily split between originating new projects through sales and marketing, and executing on contracted and developed projects. This functions as a project management role.
