What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

As I mentioned before, working at a big company like Meta has a few advantages. One is the amenities that come with such a large organization.

Even though I'm not a full-time employee, there are still many benefits to working in the office. I was thinking today that it's a rather comfortable job.

Sometimes it's nice to get comfortable in that environment. However, it's not always the sort of place that pushes you forward and challenges you.

My team dynamic is such that I don't have a manager constantly looking over my shoulder. This is amplified in a hybrid environment. I really don't have coworkers in the office waiting for me to show up.

So, I have a lot of freedom in getting my work done. I can find the right times to do it and work at my own pace throughout the day.

Another thing I enjoy is meeting people in the office. That's been really interesting, and everyone has a different story. It's fascinating to hear those stories from different people.

At such a large company, with about 60,000 employees, it can feel like you're a very small piece in a giant engine. Here, you can meet someone and realize you had no idea their team existed. They can tell you all about it.

This is very different from a smaller company where you know everyone and are aware of all the teams. So, for what it's worth, I think that's also quite interesting.
