What I love about this job.
It's twofold. One, I love that I get to work with a lot of different nonprofits and changemakers and people advocating in the community, making the world a better place. I get to work with people in so many different cause areas.
I'm not just working in one specific area, but I get to pursue a lot of my passions and personal things that I feel really excited about and want to be involved in. So, I get to work with so many different buckets and cause areas.
The second tier of this is the moments that are just magic. Whether it's a Make-A-Wish experience where a kid going through the unimaginable smiles for the first time in five years, or a player seeing them.
It's both ways. A player walks away from an event and is like, "Holy smokes, that just changed my life!" They create these bonds, moments, and lifelong relationships with the people they volunteered with or met.
For some of our social justice work, it's quite literally changing legislation. That's a really special thing to watch all those moments of change and inspiration and lifelong memories happen. I think those are two of my most favorite things.
