What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I think what I really like about my role is being able to build and develop relationships with people. I enjoy creating initiatives that are greater than the sum of their parts or the sum of the people working on them.
It's also nice to have variety in the work we do. No two days are the same, and there are lots of different types of projects.
I get a lot of exposure and insight into different areas of the organization. I need to keep tabs on so many things to coordinate across different teams.
