Interesting enough, at times the people are the greatest asset, but they can also be the biggest challenge. This is why emotional intelligence comes into play.
We are constantly interacting with so many different personalities and what people want from a strategy perspective. There are various opportunities to get alignment across departments and organizations.
This can sometimes be a bit difficult if folks are not aligned. If they are aligned from the top, it can be a little easier to work across from a top-down perspective.
