This necessitates "remembering what we talked about last time" across numerous back-to-back calls with diverse agendas, demanding constant awareness and focus.

What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

I think it's the flip side of what I like so much about the role. Since you're constantly starting something new, whether it's a new client altogether or a new client project within the same client, it requires a lot of context switching.

I'm on calls nearly all day, back to back. All those calls typically have to do with something different, a different topic, or a different agenda.

So, constantly having to remember what we talked about last time, what our objective is now, and the client's context and environment, just making sure you're always on, is certainly a really big challenge and something to be really cognizant of.
