What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
The most rewarding aspect is interacting with a lot of different people. This can involve individuals from various job roles, from a CEO or CTO to a CISO, down to managers and engineers.
We speak with many different people within a company because our platform has broad reach. It can expand across many different business units. Understanding what I and my platform can do to make someone's day-to-day operations easier is key.
I wouldn't work for a company that doesn't aim to improve someone's life. I want to join a company, understand their actual issues, and then have the ability to solve those specific problems. This solution should benefit not just one person, but their entire team. That's a very enjoyable part of the job.
Second to that, I'd say it's about going out and having a good time. We're always at events, talking to people in person. When we're not on Zoom, we're meeting people face-to-face. I also get to travel a lot, visiting many different states across the country. That's another fun aspect of the job.
