What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

There are two aspects I enjoy. One is the challenge of the projects and tasks we pursue.

Especially right now, the energy industry has transitioned multiple times over the last couple of centuries. I think this is the first time in history where the transition is more intentional and exhilarated. This is because of the dangers and risks of climate change and its impact on people's lives, the weather, and people's health.

Because of this, there is a more accelerated and intentional push to transition from more pollutive energy systems to less pollutive ones. We have a time constraint and the goals are so large. There's so much uncertainty, and we do not know exactly how to get there. The challenge is big, so it's exciting. I think that is quite interesting about the industry right now.
