What is your biggest challenge in your role?
It can be a hard job, especially in the beginning when you're first learning. It's just tough.
But if you stick with it and put in the effort and the time, you get through it, and then it gets a lot easier.
One thing that can also be difficult is if you put in too much time and effort, especially in the beginning. It can be easy to lose that work-life balance and get burnt out.
So, you have to try to stay on top of that and know yourself, monitor yourself, and know when you need a break and when you need to take some me time.
