What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I would say there are a few things. I think the biggest one, especially at the company I'm at, is flexibility.
I can work from home, I can work in the office, I can come and go sort of as I please and take time off. We have unlimited time off set up.
I think within that, there's a lot of responsibility and trust. That flexibility comes with understanding that you're getting work done.
So, I think finding a place that is inherently flexible and has a good culture to support the people doing all of the work is really essential.
