What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I love seeing the development of the folks on my team. When somebody starts on my team, they're typically newer to the industry or newer to that role. I try to find out about what direction they want to take their career path.

It's really cool to align certain projects with them, see them do well, and then when a new opening or a new position or new opportunity opens up, encourage them to go for it. When they do land those roles, it's super rewarding to see somebody advancing their career.
