At times in my current role, not everyone is necessarily career-focused or driven to take that next step. Sometimes that's okay.
You'll have some people who are trying to build out a career and others who just want a job from nine to five. That's okay too.
It's about finding the right ways to motivate people and tailoring your approach. That way, it's a win-win for both sides in those types of situations.
