What are your main responsibilities within your role?
I'd say I have two primary responsibilities. My first and most apparent would be fundraising for the college. So that would be making these major gift asks, meeting with alumni, community members, and some corporate and foundation partners to solicit contributions to our endowment.
I also work in another capacity directly with the dean's office in a program management role. As one of the key contributors to our alumni relationships and partnerships, I also work directly with each of the 37 departments at the college to secure alumni panels, student mentorship programs, and any kind of connection that interfaces directly with alumni.
