What I enjoy most is being able to help businesses thrive. Everyone needs to go out and get a job. Employment is how we pay for food and shelter. It's how we survive.
The work that I do allows employers to maintain compliance with the law. Not complying with the law is bad for business, and it results in people losing their jobs, people getting hurt, and businesses closing.
I'm able to help businesses maintain compliance with the law so that employees are not hurt. This ensures employers know what to do to make sure the workplace atmosphere is a healthy one.
