What is one lesson that you've learned that has proven significant in your career?
I would say getting into the sustainability space, specifically in consulting, involves understanding and realizing that you're actually learning on the go, just like everyone else. You need to have the confidence that you have what it takes to make it.
As I said, it's such a new field at this point, and potentially will be for a long time. So, everybody is learning as they go.
Realizing that and not second-guessing yourself, I think that's extremely important.
