What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
In my current role, my main responsibilities are leading projects with clients. I ensure we provide the agreed-upon deliverables from the statement of work and contracts in a timely manner.
I lead a team to complete this work. I also keep our internal stakeholders at the consulting firm and external stakeholders at the client updated. This involves communicating where we are and what we are doing, so a lot of it is around management.
Given what I do now, it includes management of the team, managing relationships, and even managing third-party relationships, like those in the supply chain. On the side, I help develop some areas in this newer firm. I'm focused on bringing our global ESG capabilities into the North American business.
