What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I would say the ability to control what you're able to focus on. As I mentioned, when I started in Toronto, I was not part of the sustainability team, but I knew I wanted to be eventually.
Initially, I started off with third-party risk compliance and third-party risk management. But eventually, I was able to move into the sustainability world.
I think that is a unique feature of being part of consulting teams and consulting firms. If, for example, you want to pivot, you obviously have to find the right people to talk to, but you are able to do so. That is something I really like about my role.
