What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?

I think one of the most important things would have been to understand that someone had kind of warned me about the dynamic of the entire industry. That would have helped me adapt to the sales cycle, business cycle of this industry.

It would have helped me, essentially, in the beginning when I was trying to figure out how to talk to people in the industry. I think that would have been very, very helpful.
