What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
Sure. Running the sales team essentially means managing a team of sales reps. In terms of my responsibility, you can think of it as being a firefighter.
Basically, wherever there's a fire, that's where I divert my attention. In terms of daily activities, I'm not entirely sure what that is.
Maybe on a monthly basis, I'll go over the numbers, making sure we're hitting our KPIs. This applies on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. But in terms of daily activities, my main responsibility is essentially to gravitate towards wherever the problems are.
