What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
One of the things I enjoy most is the unpredictability of my job. You don't know what the next issue you'll have to deal with will be, or what the next surprise might be – sometimes a pleasant surprise, too.
I think that interesting aspect, not knowing what's going to happen tomorrow, is actually one of the best parts of my career.
