What do you enjoy most about your current role?

Definitely the people aspect. When I was considering medicine, the best part was getting to help people. Working specifically in change consulting is also about ensuring people are prepared and feel ready for what's coming.

I like that because you can measure the impact you're making on people. It's not just crunching numbers without knowing the outcome.

Also, since it's project-based, and I get bored easily, I like that it's always fluctuating. You'll have a new client, work in a different industry, and have different teams.

If you are unhappy, you know you're not stuck in a position forever. In that sense, it feels like there's endless growth and learning because you really do get to work in everything.
