What does a day in the life of your role look like?

A day in my role usually starts with our daily standups with the internal team. Since we're a consulting firm, we have our team at Slalom and then the team on the client site.

We'll have strategy meetings to ensure we're moving in the right direction internally. Following that, we meet with the client to discuss their goals, outstanding items, and any new priorities they want to address.

In addition to those meetings, I implement the plans we strategize and track progress daily. A significant portion of my day is dedicated to research and reviewing materials, examining what the client has provided and internal resources. This work is done on a day-to-day basis to move the project forward within its short timeline.
