What did you do in undergrad that set you up for success in your career?

I think something I would give major credit to is really using my school's resources, like our career counselors and my teachers. I would connect with them every single week to have them review my resume.

If a teacher mentioned in class that they worked for a certain company 10 years ago, I would show up to their office hours just to ask questions. A lot of times it didn't lead anywhere, but I think when you're paying money for an education, you should be mindful of all the resources it offers and take advantage of them.

After I graduated, I wondered who would look over my resume or make sure I was on the right track. That was a big help. Obviously, the internships I did and the fact that they were for a prolonged period of time, rather than just a summer internship, also gave me an advantage.
