What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?
What I learned is that Facebook, in terms of reaching out to customers, is not what it used to be. It's not as effective anymore.
So, I guess, we just have to diversify into various other platforms. And because of that, there's a steeper learning curve.
