Q6: Biggest challenge in this role?

What's your biggest challenge in your current role? Some of the biggest challenges in this role are just staying in compliance. You can easily miss or oversee things.

It's important to understand that each student is unique and different, with their own needs. This means staying on top of things, being organized, and managing your database.

You also have to be a multitasker. Sometimes I struggle with time management because I love talking to my families, and I forget I have so many other families that need my attention. It's about finding balance.

Another challenge can be staying up with changes in products and programs at the university. New things are constantly being introduced.

It's about being able to adapt and be ready for anything. Having an open mindset is key.
