What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I like the variation because it's so cool to spend time with people who are super excited about what they do. They're not always going to have good days; sometimes they're going to laugh, they're going to cry, they're going to be lost, and they're going to feel like they've conquered the mountain. You have to go through all of those things.
Seeing what opportunities come, I put on the questionnaire that my parents didn't go to college. I think there are lots of ways to find success, and entrepreneurship is one of those ways. If you have the right partners and can figure out how to overcome challenges, you can access resources, which are not equal.
I don't care what anyone says. Everybody has different challenges they're facing on their journey to finding success, however they are. For me, it's really awesome because I get to build my own career and the work that I have. I get to build from things and can say, "Oh, hey, I saw something similar to that in the past."
It's never exactly the same, but you can share those things. It's nice to be able to work really hard and have an impact. And even if I'm wrong, which happens from time to time, it's still good to be out there; it's still good to be doing it.
