What are your main responsibilities within your role?
My main responsibility in my current role is overseeing our graphics and community engagement in trade shows department. I lead a team of about 33 people, and my role is to be their leader, ensuring I'm there to help them overcome any challenges.
I attend many leadership meetings within the company. I also directly oversee five staff members who report to me; they, in turn, oversee the rest of the team.
My primary roles include budgeting, ensuring we stay within those budgets, and making sure we have the necessary resources to engage with the community, from volunteering to providing sponsorships.
