What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I enjoy most about my current role in consulting is that I'm not just working for the firm I'm a part of. I'm able to work for different companies, solving a variety of different problems.
Before, my true north in my professional path was solving problems that have impact at scale. Through consulting, I'm able to do that.
I'm in the boardroom with the CFO or CPO, discussing different challenges and really coming up with solutions. I'm able to see the real-world impact of the work that I'm doing.
I'm working on a variety of projects; it's not the same problem each time. I meet new people on each of the teams I'm a part of, and that keeps it exciting and refreshing. So that's my favorite part.
