What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
It kind of varies depending on the setting. Sometimes, I'm working with parents, parent training, or coaching them on how they work with their children.
I also do a lot of mentoring, working with undergraduates or people who are interns or at other phases in their career. I do a lot of that and supervision.
Depending on the age, I also work with individuals in therapy. I run groups and do individual work, so it's a lot of different things. I also do a lot of outreach work, so it's a little bit of everything.
