What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I love the personal interaction. I really like working with individuals and their families, and how everyone's situation is different.
I really enjoy that, and I feel like they're trusting me to help and guide them in whatever they're going through. Maybe they have some questions on that part.
I also love interacting with people at different levels in their training, providing supervision. I've always loved the organizational piece, so I enjoy interacting with residents or undergrads.
Also, it allows me to talk with more senior people as well, so I get some supervision too. It's really nice to be in a position where I do get to interface with a lot of people and wear a lot of different hats.
