What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I think it's a challenge. Sometimes juggling all of the different responsibilities takes a lot. There can also be difficult hours.
Personally, I'm not the best at setting boundaries. If someone emails or calls late at night, I'm not always good at saying that it can wait. If it's an emergency, then I feel I need to respond.
I've found that to be the biggest challenge for me. Sometimes it's also fitting everything in with scheduling.
