What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?

Something that I would have loved to know, especially right after graduating college, is that you're definitely not going to be an expert, and nobody expects you to be an expert right away. At undergrad, you'll only know how to write your name, basically.

But don't worry. You will learn everything outside of college with time. You will learn everything, and you will have seen different types of projects at different levels. So don't worry; you will be able to learn.

Don't let it discourage you that your level of knowledge isn't the same as everyone else's. Some people have more experience than others; others have different backgrounds. It's a very diverse group of people you're going to meet, so don't let that discourage you.
