What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
Yes, being a team player. Once we start a project, it depends on the level of the project that we start working on. As a team, we separate tasks and delegate each person to do a part of it and be involved within the project.
This could be designing, planting, designing irrigation, site designing, or going out on site and inspecting. It really does vary.
But since I work with a small team, I get to be part of everything. I'm very hands-on and I get to learn something new every day.
