What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
One of the biggest challenges is knowing what to prioritize and how to delegate time to each project. One day you could be faced with a project that has a deadline, and you're rushed to do everything. Because of that, you're pushing other things aside.
Definitely make time to go back to your list and get everything done. Construction moves very fast, especially when it's actively being worked on on site. You definitely have to keep up with everything that you're thrown.
