What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
Honestly, a lot of it is very exciting to me. I love growing a business.
It's exciting to make people happy. If someone has a dream to grow food at home, whether it's for their own nutrition or to teach their kids about where food comes from, I can meet with them.
I can understand what they want out of a garden and then deliver it. That's very rewarding and enjoyable.
Also, building a team of people who are just as passionate as you are is really special. Our team members come from various backgrounds, yet we share one thing in common: a passion for growing food for people.
It's a real pleasure to work with a team that shares that goal.
